Measurements of Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD):
MDRD | CKD -EPI
: Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD) and
Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration (CKD -EPI)
The references below present data on the comparison between
MDRD and CKD -EPI in the accurate representation of glomerular filtration rate and in CKD. Alternate calculations of GFR will also be presented.
