What are the NKF KDOQI Guidelines?
The NKF is the National Kidney Foundation.
KDOQI stands for Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative
KDOQI establishes evidence-based written guidelines for clinical treatment of all phases of kidney disease.
There are currently 13 developed sets of guidelines ranging from diabetes, hypertension and disease in CKD to guidelines for the clinical practice of dialysis care.
Here are the 13 guideline titles. The downloadable pdf formats, as well as KDOQI commentaries, can be found on the NKF website.

KDQOL COMPLETE™, the web-based subscription service that scores
and reports results for the Kidney Disease Quality of Life survey (KDQOL-36™), has added four
European language translations of the KDQOL-36 survey and patient reports, for a total of 10
languages.
